Daniel Bryer
Mr. Bryer's practice focuses on all areas of civil litigation, including contract disputes, planning and zoning disputes and estate litigation. He also has experience in bankruptcy, trademark and copyright litigation, constitutional law, environmental law, products liability, and municipal liability. Mr. Bryer has represented clients before the courts of New Jersey and New York. Prior to joining Herold Law, P.A., Mr. Bryer was associated with the New York office of a national law firm, handling litigation matters in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Bryer earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he earned a spot on the Brendan Moore Trial Advocates. Mr. Bryer was also a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for his work with the Middlesex County (NJ) Consumer Affairs Department and participated in the Fordham Law School (NY) Federal Litigation Clinic.
