Charles F. Waskevich, Jr.
With more than 33 years of experience, Charles Waskevich is chair of the Firm's labor and employment and immigration law practices. Charles specializes in the representation of employers and business entities where he has considerable experience representing a broad base of corporate clients including manufacturers, retailers, pharmaceuticals, energy providers, insurers, banking and financial institutions, and entities engaged in the mining, transportation, construction, and entertainment industries.
Charles is a licensed attorney in the federal and state courts of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia. Charles also practices regularly before a variety of state and federal administrative agencies including the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly INS), the U.S. Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and the New Jersey and federal departments of labor. Charles has extensive trial and appellate practice experience.
